Thoughts become Things

On Monday after lunch, I was wishing for some cookies.  I love cookies.  So I set an intention that cookies would appear in my experience.  On Tuesday, an office in Florida sent our department a plate of chocolate chip cookies (my favorite), some double chocolate chip cookies (love those!) and some other cookies that were like heath bar chocolate chip cookies.  Very tasty!  I am grateful to the Universe for providing an abundance of cookies for me and those I work with.

Monday night before going to sleep, I focused my thoughts on knowing that my bills are already paid in full and that I am free of debt.  Today I received a call from one of my credit card companies - one who has been very patient with me - and I explained my current low income situation.  The man from the credit card company completed an application for me while I was on the phone to be included in their 'hardship program' which, for six months, lowers my percentage rate by half and allows me to make very minimal monthly payments.  After six months, the percentage rate and the monthly payment amounts will go back to the level dictated by the balance on my account at that time.  I am grateful for the Universe for allowing me to take this first step toward financial freedom.

Tuesday, I was 'led' to do some research on a way to generate extra income and when I got home, I took the first step into that experience. I am grateful for the guidance, the faith and the trust that I continue to have as I move through this time in my life.

I am grateful that my oldest daughter has completed her schooling - for now!  How proud I am of her!

I am grateful that my youngest daughter is entering college to earn her degree in Nursing.  How proud I am of her!

I am grateful for my daughters, my grandchildren, mom, and my friends who all bring me joyful delight!
