Filled with Gratitude

This morning I am filled with gratitude for the balance I am finding in remaining centered and keeping myself in the higher awareness of being the observer of myself in this life.  It is creating a deeper healing for myself and for those I love.

This morning I am also grateful for good tea, free donuts from my employer, and great ideas from friends!  It's all good!

Thank you Life!  (-:

Always

I am entering this early "report" in case I forget later!

I want to report how grateful I am for my "sister" Carrie.  Always available for my "vents," always uplifting, always leading me back to Truth -- always fully present, always steady, always ministering...

In gratitude I say...""Thank you," and, "Whew..." and, "I'm back!"

I've been struggling with gratitude lately.  When one is caught in the midst of financial challenge after financial challenge it's difficult to see outside of it.  At this particular moment in time it's extremely difficult.  But, there are things to be grateful for.

Right now I am grateful for:
-my wonderful wife who keeps me on the positive side of things, loves me unconditionally and always makes me laugh.
-my happy puppy who enjoys every moment of every day.
-my kid, who I am so very proud of.
-the roof over my head and the cot that I sleep on.
-my kid's talkative kitty who keeps me warm at night.
-the PB&J sandwich I am about to eat for lunch.
-the free coffee that my employer provides.
-the free filtered water that my employer provides.
-the opportunities that are mine now that I have a degree.
-the 30 day "reprieve" I received from the company that financed the vehicle I am selling.
-good books.

Praising and Blessing

Praising God for me is praising all things - including myself, my boss, my finances, - all of it.  I am grateful for the energy that is life itself.  I am living in, and living AS, that energy.  Therefore there is nothing for me to "do" but "be" that delightful Life Energy that I call God.  So, today...
*  I am grateful for Energy.
*  I am grateful for Life.
*  I am grateful for the river of complete wholeness and wealth that flows toward me right now.
*  I am grateful that Zachary's last two MRI's are clear, and that he is okay this morning after a major lip skid after falling off his bike yesterday afternoon.
*  I am grateful for the energy that is Zachary.
*  Today, August 18th, I am grateful for my beautiful daughter who is graduating from college today after a long road of classes, full time work, and living her life.  I am a proud mama who is grateful for the Energy known as Wendi.  I celebrate her life today.  YEAA!  YEEHAW!  WHOORRAW!  YOU GO GIRL!  (-:

Vision...

As always...there is always something to be grateful for -- if one is paying attention to seeing. Hmmm...that remark about "seeing" brings me perfectly to what I am especially grateful for this week, in particular being able to see. I had eye surgery last Monday, and the blur is completely gone. I choose to use that physical experience as evidence, and metaphor for, the internal clarity that is mirrored back to me in my physical vision. Vision is an internal function, that manifests as physical sight, and so I am grateful to know that my internal vision is clear and bright.

I am also grateful to and for all the constant and continuing support I receive from friends, family, medical workers, and strangers alike.

Awoman sistahs...

Thoughts become Things

On Monday after lunch, I was wishing for some cookies.  I love cookies.  So I set an intention that cookies would appear in my experience.  On Tuesday, an office in Florida sent our department a plate of chocolate chip cookies (my favorite), some double chocolate chip cookies (love those!) and some other cookies that were like heath bar chocolate chip cookies.  Very tasty!  I am grateful to the Universe for providing an abundance of cookies for me and those I work with.

Monday night before going to sleep, I focused my thoughts on knowing that my bills are already paid in full and that I am free of debt.  Today I received a call from one of my credit card companies - one who has been very patient with me - and I explained my current low income situation.  The man from the credit card company completed an application for me while I was on the phone to be included in their 'hardship program' which, for six months, lowers my percentage rate by half and allows me to make very minimal monthly payments.  After six months, the percentage rate and the monthly payment amounts will go back to the level dictated by the balance on my account at that time.  I am grateful for the Universe for allowing me to take this first step toward financial freedom.

Tuesday, I was 'led' to do some research on a way to generate extra income and when I got home, I took the first step into that experience. I am grateful for the guidance, the faith and the trust that I continue to have as I move through this time in my life.

I am grateful that my oldest daughter has completed her schooling - for now!  How proud I am of her!

I am grateful that my youngest daughter is entering college to earn her degree in Nursing.  How proud I am of her!

I am grateful for my daughters, my grandchildren, mom, and my friends who all bring me joyful delight!

Right now....

….I am grateful to have finally earned my undergraduate degree!  Today was my last day of class.  It's been an incredibly long road (15 years!) but I finally did it.

Thank you!  Thank you!  Thank you!

In Joyful Gratitude

I am always grateful for Wendi and for the love that we share.

I am grateful for her sister Dawn and for our love and support of each other.

I am grateful for the abundance of grapefruit given to us recently.

I am grateful for the talented woman who grooms our dog Gucci for the payment of homemade lunch from us.

I am grateful for wonderful neighbors.

I am grateful for the two beautiful and powerful woman who have started this blog with me!

I am grateful that today I have the day off from work so that I can drive to Ventura, reconnect with the ocean, and call a square dance that I just know will be filled with laughing, happy people having a great time together.

Today I am grateful for the wonderful words of Ernest Holmes - "I turn the dial of my thought into the sunshine of life, into brightness and laughter, into the joyous presence of radiant Spirit.  I lay aside all anxiety, all striving, and let the law of Divine Love operate through me into my affairs.  Joyfully I anticipate greater abundance, more success, and a deeper peace.  Gratitude wells up within my heart for all the blessings I am now receiving."

And NOW it is!

Test

GaDay.

I don't have time right now to follow up on this to see if it went to BIG...but will when I get home.

TODAY I AM GRATEFUL FOR WENDI

*The love expressed during the above phone call.
